Refund Policy

Own tier: As a courtesy, we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have streamed less than 10 minutes of the film. To request a refund, email hello@psionics.film with your order number. EU and UK customers may also have statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

Backer tier: Non-refundable once your credit submission has been approved. Before approval, a full refund is available on request. Email hello@psionics.film to request a refund before credit approval.

Associate Producer tier: Non-refundable once your credit submission has been approved. Before approval, a full refund is available on request.

Refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method via Stripe.
